Miss Laura McGinty

Laura started at The Romero Catholic Academy at Good Shepherd Primary school; teaching in years 1,2 and 6, as well as SEN coordinator, over a period of 8 years.

Laura now works as Strategic Lead for School Improvement; working across our seven primary schools with teachers to create the best possible learning opportunities and outcomes for our children.

Laura is passionate about ensuring that children who attend our Romero schools have an education of the highest quality and that we truly enable every child to reach their full potential. Laura also works as an SLE and provides training and school to school support through the Blue Sky.
