Mrs Laura Morgan

Laura has a dual role of Executive Assistant/HR Business Partner.

In the role of Executive Assistant Laura works with the CSEL in the strategic and operational aspects of The Romero Catholic Academy through liaising with key stakeholders, governance and partnerships, including Ofsted, RSC/ DfE, CES at all levels in realising our vision to be a ‘Beacon of Excellence for Catholic Education’.

As HR Business Partner Laura supports 4 Primary Schools in the MAC with all aspects of HR.
